The Après Chocolate Bar
Ritual started in 2010 in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, eventually settling in the mountain town of Park City, Utah. The owners fell in love with chocolate—not just the eating part, but the history and beautiful stories of small chocolatiers around Europe who would live above their chocolate shops and devote their lives to creating and perfecting their craft. There is something about chocolate that grips people and inspires them. Ritual desperately wanted to be a part of this world and share what they discovered.
Sustainable chocolate from bean to bar. They continuously strive for more sustainable practices—whether it’s the cacao they source, the sugar they use, their compostable pouches, the recyclable box or the way they organize their factory to best utilize the natural heat.
Incredible, ethical, sustainable cacao. They take their cacao sourcing seriously with each farm or co-operative of farms supporting heirloom genetics and sustainability for the farming community.
