Refund policy

Considering the unique items in our gifts, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Please know we carefully pack and ship all our orders with a conscious effort to get the gift perfectly to you or your recipient. In the rare instance a gift arrives damaged or imperfect, please let us know ASAP (within 72 hours of delivery) at hello@eastthirdcollective.com, and we will work to make it right.
