We know people only visit this section for one of two reasons. One, you are worried that you might need to return something or, two, you have received something that you need to return that did not meet your expectations. If it’s the former, please know that we spend a lot of time making sure the things we sell on our site are fantastic. We have held, used, worn, or bought for ourselves everything we are selling. We carefully pack and ship all our orders with a conscious effort to get the gift perfectly to you or your recipient.
If you’re here for the second reason and are not happy with how your gift arrived (incorrect or damaged item), please let us know ASAP at hello@eastthirdcollective.com and we will work to make it right.
If you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit (less shipping) if returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Please email us at the address above for directions on how to initiate a return.
