We know people only visit this section for one of two reasons. One, you are worried that you might need to return something or, two, you have received something that you need to return that did not meet your expectations. If it’s the former, please know that we spend a lot of time making sure the things we sell on our site are fantastic. We have held, used, worn, or bought for ourselves everything we are selling. We carefully pack and ship all our orders with a conscious effort to get the gift perfectly to you or your recipient.
If you’re here for the second reason and are not happy with how your gift arrived (incorrect or damaged item), please let us know ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to make it right.
If you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit (less shipping) if returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Please email us at the address above for directions on how to initiate a return.
At this time, we only ship in the contiguous US. We hope to increase our scale and ability to send to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and abroad soon. We try to process orders within 2 days of receipt. We ship Monday-Friday and during busy seasons, Saturdays too. We typically ship UPS Ground (which averages 3-5 business days).

If 2020 taught us anything, it’s that even the best made plans can still sometimes go off the rails. Of course we hope shipping runs smoothly and your gift arrives with time to spare, but if something gets lost in transit, we will work to make it right. Email us at email@example.com for help.
All of our gifts are packed with kraft paper, crinkle, an ETC sticker, and notecard. At checkout, you’ll have the option to add a gift message that will be handwritten on the card.
We also have a YOU GIFT IT option. If you’re delivering in person, you can add our signature pink satin ribbon, tissue, + a kraft gift bag. This is in addition to the standard packaging. Read: no last minute runs to the store to pack up your awesome gift. We’ve been there, it’s not fun.
