At East Third Collective, we want each package to be unique. Each gift is customized to represent your gifting objectives. Once the gift items have been finalized, we will share our packaging ideas for approval.

We will work with you and ensure your gifts arrive by the desired day. Our contract will specify these agreed-upon dates. Typically, we ship UPS Ground or Fed Ex.

Local delivery is available in Cincinnati, St. Louis, Los Angeles and their surrounding areas. Multiple drop-off locations are an option. Additional fees may apply.

Of course! We collate all addresses, ship and reship if need be. We are happy to ship your corporate gifts to each gift recipient or to you to hand-deliver. We are here to simplify this part of the process for you.

Yes! We track all packages, and if one is returned to us, we will notify you immediately and tell you the reason it was returned. Once we have an updated mailing address, we will attempt to redeliver your gift.

Before reshipping, we open the returned box and repackage the gift into a new shipping box with fresh packaging materials. We want to make sure even reshipped gifts meet our high presentation standards. The fee to reship a gift is $25 + the cost of shipping, and a new invoice will be sent electronically right away. If the invoice goes unpaid for 10 days, the gift becomes the property of East Third Collective.
